If your platform is under a different web address or located on a corporate site, the information is still stored in FARMAR's application and is subject to our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing this information.

(ii) in electronic messages between you and our services.

This privacy policy does not apply to any other services or information collected by us outside the internet or via third party sites that can be accessed through links in our services.

1. Information we collect about you

We collect many types of information about visitors and / or users of our services. We collect this information either directly or when you provide it to us or automatically when you move through our website or application.

When you order products or services on the website or application, you may also be asked to provide a payment card or other payment-related information. (c) In the event FARMAR decides to sell all parts of its shares or enter into a merger, we reserve the rights to include your data, including personal data, among the assets transferred to the acquiring or surviving company.

5. Update or correct your personal data

We offer a framework for controlling and managing the personal data we hold on you, including the ability to:

  • Delete data: You can ask us to delete all or some of your personal data (eg if it is no longer necessary to provide you with Services).
  • Modify or correct data: You can edit some of your personal data through your account. You can also ask us to change your data in some cases, especially where it is imprecise.
  • Oppose or restrict the use of data: You may ask us to stop using all or some of your personal data (eg if we have no legal right to continue to use it) or to restrict the use of it ( eg if your personal data is inaccurate or held without rights).
  • Right to access and / or obtain your data: You can ask us for a copy of your personal dish and you can ask for a copy of personal data you have provided in machine-readable form.

You can also access, request deletion, and correct your personal data by sending a data request to our support or writing to us by e-mail.

6. Terminate the account or delete personal data

As a customer, you can choose to cancel the subscription. In such cases, keep your information within a reasonable period of time in case you choose to resume your subscription.

You can choose to unsubscribe, in which case we will delete your information, including your history, within 60 days of your unsubscribe request. We may still choose to hold your data seals after you close your account if this is necessary to satisfy legal requirements (including requests from regulatory authorities), satisfy contractual obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, enforce security, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce the terms of the agreement, or execute your request to stop persistent messages from us. We will retain depersonalized information after your subscription has ended.

You may also ask us to stop using all or any of your personal data (which in the event that we have no legal reason to use it) or to restrict its use (which in the event that your personal information is inaccurate or kept by us without our right) by submitting a data request through customer support or directly to us by e-mail.

7. Choice of control over your personal data

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data in machine-readable format. You do this by contacting customer support or by writing to us by e-mail. We will evaluate your request in relation to current legislation.

With respect to your communication preferences, you can unsubscribe from newsletters by following the instructions in the newsletter you receive, or you can log in to your account and update your newsletter and email subscription options. If you have changed your email address and you still want to receive newsletters; update your email address information in your account and sign up again to receive updates. From time to time we send out e-mails if problems should arise with the website.

You also have choices regarding cookies, as described in our "Use of cookiesBy customizing your browser's choices, you can choose to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, some parts of our pages may not work correctly for you.
