- Buying and selling maritime equipment and boats is part of our business, says John W. Nilsen, general manager of FFS.
The batch of chain that has now been sold is being picked up by 33 trucks and transported on its way down the European continent towards the western parts of Asia.
At the FFS quay, several men are busy pulling the chain ashore. Before loading, the chains must be washed, inspected and certified.
- We have even more chain and more anchors to sell - if anyone out there is interested, says Nilsen.
